April 23-34

The Joy of Books\Fun and Creation Together

We set up a pop-up market to receive book tours. At the event, major bookstores and publishing houses were present, and all kinds of good books ensured that there was always something new to find. There were also handicrafts stalls with creative daily necessities on offer. Our high standards and fireworks complemented each other, and in selecting books, shopping, visiting the market, and simply enjoying the literary atmosphere, there was always another surprise to be found.

A Happy Life of Reading\Workplace Wisdom

Accompanies by soft music, instructor Chen Yating discussed how to independently take control of your life. The instructor's humorous and emotionally resonant words were both useful and easy to understand. Through "Intrinsic Motivation", you can learn to interact closely with professionals in the workplace, listen and express yourself sincerely, make friends through books, and talk about your life without constraint. As your spirit relaxes, you can find the power to take control of your life.

April 24

Intangible Cultural Heritage\Travel Through Time

Entering the Chinese-style movable type printing exhibition was like traveling back in time to the ancient Northern Song Dynasty. At the event, participants were enthusiastic but orderly as they waited to start their journey through these national treasures. Those who had already visited seemed to be channeling the spirit of ancient inventor Bi Sheng. Ancient culture sparked a special flame at this modern cultural and creative market.

Becoming a Color Artist

The hand-painted tote bag experience allowed visitors to feel the charm of color. The professional elites and gorgeous ladies filed in on schedule, sat around the table with their family and friends amidst the fragrance of books, and began to explore and create with fashion. In just minutes, they all become hand-painting "artists". With lines, color blocks, compositions, and endless smiles, these originally ordinary bags were transformed into unique handmade works of art in participants' hands. Finally, participants took a photo with Zhang Meimei with their artworks. On this romantic spring day, the simple pleasures of reading a good book and creating your own art were felt by all.

April 25 "Thoughts & Actions" Presentation\Blending the Ancient and the Modern

If the previous two days of activities were a combination of workplace insights and fun, then this day's women-only event was an intricate context filled with novel ideas.

Instructor Zhao Yinfang, from the China National Archive of Publications and Culture, came to deliver remarks. The stories of Xue Tao, Xiang Ling, Yang Guifei, Wang Fu, Chao Yun, and others, the vivid explanations seemed to bring the audience back in time to the literary golden age of the Tang and Song Dynasties. Meanwhile, a quiet and beautiful "Ran" sat listened with closed eyes with this graceful, romantic expression. Ran Girl's founder and artist was also there to offer guidance as everyone followed the theme of "Enjoying Reading" to sketch their own inner worlds on a Ran Girl. Just as it was in ancient times, literature and creativity, what the ancients called "thoughts & action", were found here in the collision of ancient rhymes, literary ideas, and contemporary imagination, but also in the quiet inspiration we gave to all the women.

Pai Ma Reading\Cavorting Into Coffee

At the "Magic Reading Festival" special event for parents and children, Pai Ma Lisa put in a personal appearance to bring us a day full of energy and fun.

We were honored to listen as Lisa, director of CCTV children's programs, master's degree holder from Peking University, and senior picture book storyteller for Fan Deng Little Readers shared brilliant parenting tips, so that children can develop reading habits that will benefit them for a lifetime.

After close listening and active communication, the short but fulfilling presentation greatly benefited the mothers and fathers in the audience, who found the key to unlocking their children's interest in reading.

Meanwhile, the small coffee culture class was a very fragrant lesson in coffee lore. As Starbucks coffee experts shared coffee knowledge and culture with the audience, amidst the smell of fresh brew, everyone had a wonderful time as a warm sun shone above.
