Transportation core: Constructing a global TOD city model

The upgraded Dinghao DH3 is dedicated to empowering the region by leveraging the vitality of the TOD (transit-oriented development) model. With a primary focus on driving the overall transportation optimization in Zhongguancun’s core area, it achieves efficient interaction between rail transit, a 24-hour underground corridor, trendy experiential shopping streets, and the ground-floor technology lobby. This enhances convenience and services for building users, elevating the regional value, and providing robust support for science and innovation financial enterprises.

Industry core: A future office model and transformation to achieve classics

The industry core focuses on building an “all-scenario innovation ecosystem.” Based on Zhongguancun’s development plan, an all-scenario, intelligent international science and innovation ecosystem platform is constructed. Within the Zhongguancun area, home to over 150,000 science and innovation enterprises, the project gathers resources from leading enterprises, research institutions, and top universities to aid in enterprise operational upgrades and streamline industry upstream and downstream resources.
