Through partial structural modifications, the office area achieves double-sided daylighting and a ground-floor lobby provides interactive service functions. Additionally, the inclusion of branded coffee shops enhances a more comfortable communication space for business professionals.

What sets Dinghao apart from traditional office buildings is the addition of a rooftop garden and a fitness trail, providing office personnel with a leisurely place to enjoy scenic views and exercise during work breaks. Through landscape greening and the transformation of traffic routes, the surrounding environment is enhanced to be more open and integrated, adding more humanistic elements to the space.

In addition, the project employs advanced technologies in its design, such as energy-saving curtain walls, variable frequency equipment, energy-efficient lighting fixtures, and the careful selection of building materials.
